Some people are the type where they can’t help but be surrounded by people 24/7. They start to feel lonely if they spend half a Sunday alone, craving the attention of pets or loved ones. Other money-saving tips for a fun date with you and yourself are volunteering at the local pet shelter, finally taking a knack at writing your story or starting your own business by venturing to a cute neighbourhood coffee shop (not the Starbucks or Second Cups of this world, but a true authentic type of café!) or taking a hike at your nearest mountain. Spending time in nature is a great way to reconnect with your body and mind and exercise in a way that doesn’t feel like you’re exerting too much energy.
